No. Due to extra and unviable shipping costs, Bankrupt Beds only deliver to mainland U.K. any orders for Northern Ireland and subsequent Islands surrounding Mainland England, Scotland and Wales are not possible and therefore any payment made will be refunded within 14 days.
Our aim is to process and delivery all orders within 5-7 days. However, it ultimately depends on where within Mainland U.K. the order is to be delivered to.
On the rare occasion that the delivery is due late, or the order needs to be split, Bankrupt Beds will notify the person named on the order on the first instance.
Bankrupt Beds have contracts with multiple suppliers and as such, we have arrangements for them to deliver the items directly to the customer.
Should an item not be available at our chosen supplier but have the same item readily available within one of our stores, we may offer a local delivery by one of our own drivers.
Because all of our delivery charges are calculated based on the final order amount, delivery prices are the same regardless of carrier used, internal or otherwise. These charges may differ compared to any instore purchases.

If you have placed your order online, you have 14 working days to notify us if you want to return an item. This can be done either over the phone with our Leeds store 0113 262 5166 or by email at email@example.com.
You will then be able to exchange or return them as you wish as long as they are still in the original packaging. Please note a collection fee of £30 will apply.
Whilst we try our very best to resolve any issues, we understand that refunds is an unfortunate process of any business.
Should a refund be requested and subsequently agree by the store manager, any such payments will be paid back on to the card it was originally paid with. We understand not all items are created equal and sometimes damages can occur in transit. On such rare occasions, our goal is to work with the you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, because we believe that a great reputation is built on customer satisfaction.
Where possible we ask that all items are checked over by all customers on delivery and report any damages to the driver. Should any damage be spotted after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours via either our Leeds sales team 0113 262 5166, alternatively email email@example.com with photos (when possible).

Due to the recent COVID19 pandemic, we prefer to drop off all items on the doorstep of the customers property. However we understand that sometimes due to the size and weight of a particular item, we may need to position the item in a specified location within the property. Should this be the case, we will only enter said property with relevant PPE and with the homeowner’s permission. If you wish to provide additional instructions to our delivery drivers, please provide them within the notes field upon checkout.
All of our items are covered by 12 months manufactures warranty. The type of cover varies by item, depending on the relevant manufacture’s terms and conditions.
