Shipping policy

  1. Unless otherwise stated such as in-store collection, deliveries are completed by our suppliers directly to the customers shipping address.

  2. Any such orders that contain multiple suppliers' items, may result in a split order, thus resulting in more than 1 delivery. Bankrupt Beds will contact any customers of which this affects to clarify logistics.

  3. Orders are only delivered once payment has been made in full and at which time estimated delivery is between 5-7 days. The Company shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.

  4. Deliveries are only made to Mainland U.K. Any orders made to Northern Ireland, Islands around Mainland England, Wales and Scotland and the wider world will not be completed and any processed payment will be refunded within 14 days.

  5. Where a period for delivery is specified and such period is not extended by mutual consent in writing or under these terms and conditions, the customer shall take delivery within that period.

  6. Should the customer not be available to accept their order on the specified delivery date and time, the supplier of that specific item will be in touch to rearrange. In the rare instance that the customer cannot be contacted to rearrange a new delivery slot, said customer will be expected to liaise with Bankrupt Beds within 14 days to rearrange delivery or risk the oder being cancelled.

  7. All costs incurred for delivery and / or returns is solely they responsibility of the customer.

  8. Any returned items must be first communicated with Bankrupt Beds in writing via email to admin@bankruptbeds.co.uk and made within 14 days of receiving the relevant purchased goods. Chosen courier is the sole responsibility of the customer, however proof such as a receipt my be required.
